OnePlus OxygenOS 14 seems to be a prominent software upgrade over its previous versions. It packs several interesting functionalities that alter the overall look of your device, making it more efficient. And one such feature in the OxygenOS 14 is the File Dock.
Accordingly, File Dock enables users to keep all their files and documents in one place with better multitasking capabilities. On the greener side, it is useful for saving files of other formats such as notes and photographs.
How does the OxygenOS 14 File Dock feature work?
While accessing some essentials or important material from a specific site via a browser or any third-party app, users can opt for the respective facility. All you have to do is, select the file or text and long-press it. Notably, a ‘Save to File Dock’ option will pop up at the right-top corner of the screen.
Apart from this process, you can also save the text or images with the simple drag-and-drop option. It is worth mentioning that you need to switch on the Smart Sidebar from the settings to enable the File Dock feature. Things that you will save here will remain accessible for 30 days.
