Audi Cars have some of the best functionalities that maintain the driving experience and one such is the Launch control feature. Activating this mode lets you get maximum acceleration and performance while starting the car from a stationary condition.
Notably, the Launch Control feature works by an electronic accelerator and a computer program. Here, the software controls acceleration based on engine specifications to make the car stimulate smoothly and swiftly. It also helps in avoiding the spinning of the drive wheels, and engine failure due to over-revving and clutch or gearbox problems.
How to activate the Launch Control feature in Audi cars?
- Start up your car’s engine
- Put the transmission in Sport Mode
- Disable the traction control by long-pressing the traction control button
- Put your left foot on the brake
- Floor the gas pedal all the way
- The engine will rev up and hold its speed at roughly 3100 RPM
- Release the brake pedal, and you’re off!
