Telegram constantly blesses its users with useful capabilities and the Auto-Delete feature is one of them. Also known as the self-destructing message, this tool in the application will permanently delete any message sent or received.
In other words, all new messages in chats you start will vanish automatically for everyone at some point after they are sent. Users can also apply timers to erase communications after a specified time and use this feature for existing chats.
How to enable the Auto-Delete feature in Telegram?
- Go to the Telegram app on your device
- Click on the three-line icon
- Select the Settings option
- Choose the Privacy & Security section
- Select the Auto-Delete Messages option
