YouTube is testing new AI capabilities which include an interesting Dream Track feature. Powered by one of the most advanced music generation models of Google DeepMind – Lyria, this feature aims to create deeper connections between artists and creators with their fans.
Diving into depth, the Dream Track tool supports the styles of nine well-known musicians: Alec Benjamin, Charlie Puth, Charli XCX, Demi Lovato, Jon Legend, Papoose, Sia, T-Pain, and Troye Sivan.
How to access the YouTube Dream Track feature?
Eventually, the feature will automatically generate a 30-second audio clip, mimicking the style of popular musical artists who have collaborated with YouTube. Dream Track is in the development stage but will soon go live for users. Lyor Cohen and Toni Reid – YouTube executives said:
“By simply typing an idea into the creation prompt and selecting a participating artist that appears in the carousel, an original Shorts soundtrack featuring the AI-generated voice of that artist will produce for the creator to use in their Short.”
