Instagram enables its users to download reels without using third-party apps. Although, it is only possible when the desired reel is from a public account and the creator has allowed its audience to opt for the procedure. In case, you are not able to download reels, then you are on the right page.
How to download Instagram Reels without using third-party apps?
- Open the Instagram app on your device
- Pick the reel you want to download
- Tap on the Share icon
- Select the Download option
Quick Tip: In case the Download option is not available then click on the share icon and tap on Add to Story icon. Now click on the three-dot menu in the story editing section and hit the Save button. After saving discard the story and the reel will appear in your phone’s Gallery app.
