Google has stapled some extraordinary capabilities to the Pixel Watch 2 such as the Safety Signal feature. It enables users to access calls from emergency contacts and use other functions like Safety Check, Emergency Sharing, Fall Detection, and SOS when their phone is not nearby.
Notably, you will require an LTE version of the Pixel Watch 2 along with an active Fitbit Premium account. On the flip side, the feature is only for urgency and you can not initiate any regular calls or operations when it is enabled.
How to enable the Safety Signal feature in Google Pixel Watch 2?
- Open the Google Pixel Watch app on your phone
- Select the Safety & Emergency tab
- Tap on the Safety Signal
- Sign in to your Fitbit account
- And it’s done, the Safety Signal is now active
