WhatsApp has a QR code (Quick Response) code feature that eliminates the hassle of manually adding people to your contact list. Your friends and family can easily add you as a contact on WhatsApp by scanning the QR code. And the best part is, this code won’t expire unless you reset it or delete it from your account.
How to access the WhatsApp QR Code feature?
- Open WhatsApp on your phone
- Tap on the three-dot menu at the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Tap on the QR code icon displayed next to your name
Don’t worry about your privacy as your QR code remains private. If you share it with someone, they can scan it with their WhatsApp camera to add you as a contact.
