Google is rolling out a new update for the AI Core app on Pixel 8 Pro devices. The primary aim of this application is to offer artificial intelligence-based features across Android devices. After installation, you will find the following aspects:
- AI-driven features run directly on your device using the latest foundation models
- To keep those features smart, your device updates the AI models automatically
- AI Core manages these updates while providing AI functionality to other apps
Notably, you can access AI Core via the Additional Settings in the app. Here, you will see a toggle to “Enable AICore Persistent” to allow AICore to crave out memory and run persistently. One can check this setting via the Developers option.
