X (formerly known as Twitter) has a digital feature called NFT or Non-fungible Token. It acts as proof of your ownership over all your digital assets, stored on the blockchain. It is available to Premium subscribers. With a standard connection, users can set an NFT as their profile picture, displaying the digital asset in a special hexagon shape.
How to set a Non-Fungible Token as a profile picture on X (Twitter)?
- Sign in to the X (Twitter) app on your device
- Go to your Profile > Edit Profile
- Tap on the Profile picture icon
- Select the “Choose NFT” option
- Pick your crypto wallet from the supported wallets list
Hereafter, you will receive a verification request on your wallet address. Users have the option to connect to their wallet by either scanning the QR code on the screen with the crypto wallet app or the wallet’s extension. Once connected, select the NFT and tap DONE.
