  3. Customization Service (v3.5.07.4): Performance and stability improvements.

Samsung has released new updates for its PENUP app, One UI devices, and Customization Service. The PENUP app now has version 3.9.16.27, focusing on fixing bugs to improve reliability and the overall user experience. The PENUP app, popular among Galaxy users, is designed for drawing, painting, and sharing artwork, with tools that enhance creativity.

The new update ensures smoother performance by addressing issues reported in earlier versions. Users can easily install the update through the Galaxy Store. The update for One UI 6.1.1 brings significant security enhancements to Galaxy devices.

One of the standout features is an upgraded Auto Blocker, which now offers stronger protection by preventing the installation of unauthorized apps and blocking malicious activities. Users can enable the Auto Blocker by navigating to Settings > Security and Privacy.

One UI 6.1.1 introduces a “Maximum restrictions” option within Auto Blocker, which adds another layer of security. This feature blocks suspicious app activities, disables hyperlinks and automatic downloads, removes location data from shared images, and prevents shared albums in the Gallery app.

To activate this enhanced security:

  1. Go to Auto Blocker settings and select Maximum Restrictions.
  2. Enable the Maximum restrictions switch to activate full protection.

When activated, this feature blocks various risks like malicious links, auto-downloads, and admin app installations, offering strong protection from potential threats.

Lastly, the Samsung Customization Service has been updated to version 3.5.07.4. This update is small (26.58MB) but crucial for improving the app’s performance and stability. While no new features are included, the update ensures the app runs efficiently, offering users a smoother customization experience. The Customization Service personalizes device settings by using information from your apps and usage, delivering suggestions tailored to your interests.

To update these apps, head to the Galaxy Store, go to the Menu, and check the Updates section. Users can also download updates via third-party links if needed.

These updates aim to enhance both functionality and security across Samsung Galaxy devices, ensuring a more seamless and secure user experience.
