Galaxy S24 FE US Pricing Leaks

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition (FE) soon, but pricing details have already leaked for the US market. According to a recent report, the Galaxy S24 FE will come in two storage options. The 128GB model will be priced at $649, while the 256GB version is expected to cost $709. This makes the new model more expensive than last year’s Galaxy S23 FE, which started at $599 for the 128GB model and $689 for the 256GB version.

For those considering an upgrade, this price hike might be frustrating. However, Samsung is offering some notable upgrades with the new Galaxy S24 FE.

Specs and Features

The Galaxy S24 FE is not just about the price increase. It’s bringing some exciting features. One of the biggest changes is the screen size. The Galaxy S24 FE now boasts a larger 6.7-inch display, up from the 6.4-inch screen on the Galaxy S23 FE. The design closely resembles the Galaxy S24+, giving it a more premium look and feel.

Powering the device is the Exynos 2400e chipset, a slightly slower version of the processor used in the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+. Along with 8GB of RAM and options for either 128GB or 256GB of storage, this phone is geared for solid performance, whether for gaming, multitasking, or streaming.

Camera & Battery

On the camera front, Samsung has equipped the Galaxy S24 FE with a 50MP primary rear camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto lens. Selfies will be handled by a 10MP front-facing camera. This camera setup promises good-quality photos for both casual users and photography enthusiasts.

Battery life should be solid as well. The phone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging, ensuring you can quickly top up your phone when needed. Wireless charging is also supported at 15W, and there’s a 4.5W Wireless PowerShare feature, allowing you to charge other devices wirelessly using the Galaxy S24 FE.

Connectivity & Extra Features

Samsung isn’t skimping on connectivity either. The Galaxy S24 FE is expected to come with 5G support, dual-SIM capability, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. There’s also an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, stereo speakers, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone will reportedly be available in four colors: Blue, Graphite, Green, and Yellow, giving buyers some stylish options to choose from.

With its combination of a larger screen, faster processor, and upgraded camera system, the Galaxy S24 FE looks like a solid option, though the increased price might cause some hesitation for potential buyers.
