Samsung has released a new update for its Sound Assistant app, which is part of the Good Lock collection. This update makes the app ready for the new One UI 7 software.

The update, version 7.1.00.7, gives Sound Assistant a fresh look that matches the One UI 7 design. This means the volume controls now look like they belong with the rest of your phone’s interface, making everything feel more connected.

The update ensures that Sound Assistant works well with One UI 7, so you won’t experience any glitches or crashes when you use it.

One exciting new feature added is “Keep Media Volume During Navigation.” With this, if you’re playing music or watching a video while using a navigation app, your media volume won’t change when the navigation gives directions. This is handy if you’re driving, but how well it works can depend on which navigation app you’re using.

Samsung is preparing for the launch of the Galaxy S25 series by updating its apps to work with One UI 7. By making sure apps like Sound Assistant are up to date, Samsung aims to provide a seamless experience for users when they upgrade their devices.

Besides Sound Assistant, Samsung has also updated the look of other Good Lock modules like Wonderland, QuickStar, and NavStar to fit the One UI 7 design.
