Samsung has just let us peek at One UI 7.1 through their Try Galaxy platform. It looks like this might have been a bit of a slip-up since they’ve only recently launched One UI 7.0 alongside the Galaxy S25 series.
On the TryGalaxy website, they’ve stated that “Try Galaxy” gives you a taste of what One UI 7.1 could be like. This confirms the whispers that we might see One UI 7.1 soon.
However, they also clarify that what you see on Try Galaxy isn’t exactly what you’ll get on your phone. You’re not using real apps or touching actual phone features; it’s just a simulation. This simulation works on Samsung Internet, Chrome, or if you’re using an iPhone 8 or newer with the most recent Safari or Chrome updates.
Try Galaxy Experience
I’ve played around with Try Galaxy, and it feels very similar to One UI 7.0. Right now, there’s not much new about it compared to One UI 7.0, but expect some big changes as we get closer to the release of the S25 Edge.
You can give it a go yourself by visiting the Try Galaxy site. This web app, made by Samsung, is designed to catch the eye of people who don’t yet own a Galaxy device. It copies the look and feel of One UI and some of the standout Galaxy features. Even if you already have a Galaxy phone, you can try this out to see what’s new.
Keep in mind, though, that Try Galaxy isn’t the real deal in terms of software or usability. It’s more like a flashy preview to get you excited, not a complete representation of what using One UI 7.1 will be like.
