Samsung has joined forces with Cielo, a company known for using AI to help franchise businesses, to make retail advertising and franchise management better. This collaboration merges Samsung’s high-tech VXT screens with Cielo’s AI system, aiming to boost digital marketing and make business operations smoother.
Together, they’ve created SmartSigns, a service that uses Samsung’s VXT tech to show ads. This service helps companies get their messages to the right people at the perfect moment. SmartSigns uses CieloVision’s KYAI, which stands for “Know Your Audience Intelligence,” to give instant feedback on how customers are interacting with the ads and products they see.
SmartSigns Pro Features
The SmartSigns Pro plan is available for $199 a month for each screen. It’s a simple solution for managing digital signs, including an AI camera, a VXT Pro software license, money for marketing, AI tasks, and help from Cielo. Everything is set up to be easy, so businesses can start without spending a lot upfront.
CieloVision’s AI looks at how customers behave, like how long they look at ads and if they like what they see. This information helps businesses make smarter decisions and follow franchise guidelines.
