Samsung updates Good Lock’s RegiStar for new One UI and Galaxy S25
Samsung launched One UI 7.0, built on Android 15, about two months back. They’ve been busy updating their apps to work with this new software. Today, they updated the RegiStar module from Good Lock.
The new update for RegiStar is version 1.0.58 and includes six updates. The key update is that it now supports One UI 7.0, so it works with the Galaxy S25 series and other Samsung phones that have been updated to the new software.
New Features for Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6
One of the big changes in this update is a new feature for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. According to the update notes, you can now do some actions even when the screen is off, like getting sound or vibration notifications. We’ll look into this more and share what it does soon.
Other Improvements
Besides the new feature, there are fixes for some issues. One fix corrected a problem where the voice recording wasn’t working right. Another fix makes sure that muting or unmuting all sounds works properly. The last two changes are all about making the app run smoother.
Overall, this update looks like a big step forward for RegiStar. If you want to update, go to the Galaxy Store, click on the Menu, then go to Updates, and either hit ‘Update all’ or just update RegiStar by tapping its update icon.
