New features for Galaxy S25 with Home Up app
The Home Up app for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series just got an upgrade to version v16.0.0.56, now available on the Galaxy Store for phones with One UI 7. This update brings a host of new features and enhancements for a better user experience.
Previously seen only by those in the Galaxy S24 Beta program, these updates are now accessible to everyone with a Galaxy S25. This version of Home Up allows you to make your phone’s home screen and app screen look just the way you want.
You can now change how app icons look, rearrange your home screen layout, play with folder styles, and tweak the grid size. There’s also a cool new option to add a blur effect to your backgrounds, loop through your pages, and control who can access Finder.
The app’s interface has been given a fresh, modern look with softer, rounded corners. It now organizes its features into six main categories: Home Screen, Backup and Restore, Task Changer, Gesture Settings, Edge Panel, and Share Manager.
One exciting addition is the DIY Home Screen, where you can decorate your phone’s screen with fun stickers and use easy editing tools to personalize it further.
With the Gesture Settings, you can now set how fast animations move, choose different styles, and adjust vibration feedback. The Edge Panel has been updated to show more items and make it easier to scroll through recent apps. The Task Changer helps in rearranging app icons and adjusting layouts, especially useful on foldable phones and tablets.
To get these updates, head over to the Galaxy Store, go to the Menu, and check for updates, or update directly through the Good Lock app. Update now to enjoy these cool new features on your Galaxy S25.
