Samsung Galaxy S25 gets its first update for February 2025
Samsung has kicked off the update journey for the Galaxy S25 series, introducing the February 2025 security patch to boost security and performance. This update is first available in Korea but will soon reach other countries.
The Galaxy S25 lineup, which includes the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, was released last month. These devices are now receiving their initial update, bringing the February 2025 security patch.
Here are the One UI build versions for this update:
- Galaxy S25 Ultra: S938NKSU1AYB3
- Galaxy S25 Plus: S936NKSU1AYB3
- Galaxy S25: S931NKSU1AYB3
The update file is approximately 590MB. You can update your phone by going to Settings and selecting ‘Download and Install’ under the Software Update menu.
What’s New in the Update?
The February 2025 update enhances several aspects of your phone like calling, charging, and camera functionality, aiming to offer a better experience. There’s also a fix for the Night Mode, which should clear up any blurriness in photos taken with the Galaxy S25.
