New update for One UI Home on Galaxy S25 Series

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

Samsung has released a new update for the One UI Home app on the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones. This update brings the app version up to 16.0.01.5 from the previous 16.0.1.2.

The update enhances the performance of the One UI Home app, making the home screen work smoother and faster. It fixes some small problems from the last version, leading to a more stable experience for users.

This update was first noticed on the Chinese version of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which uses the One UI 7 software with the code ending in AYB4. Once this update is installed, the One UI Home app updates itself to the new version.

Samsung keeps improving both the look and security of its devices with these updates. While we don’t have all the details on what issues have been fixed, the update is meant to tackle any annoyances from the earlier version.

If you want to check if the update is available for your phone, you can do this through the Galaxy Store. Simply zoom out on your home screen, tap on the settings icon, select ‘Home Screen,’ and then go to ‘About Home Screen’ to see if there’s an update waiting.

Right now, this update is only available for the Galaxy S25 series in China, but Samsung is likely to roll it out to other countries and devices soon.
