New look for Gmail menu on Android phones

The Gmail app on Android phones is getting an update that makes it easier to use. Google is always working to make its apps look nicer and work better. In the newest update, they’ve changed how the menu looks when you open an email.
When you tap on the three dots at the top right of an email, you’ll now see little pictures next to each choice. Before, there were no pictures, just words. Plus, the choices are now grouped into different parts to make it easier to find what you need.
Old Menu vs. New Menu:
- Old Menu: Just text options.
- New Menu: Text with icons and grouped into sections.
In the first group, you have options like “Move,” “Move to Inbox,” “Change Labels,” and “Mark as Important.” The second group includes “Snooze” and “Add to Tasks.” Then, in the third group, there’s “Mute,” “Print,” “Light Theme View,” and “Help & Feedback.” Finally, the last group has “Report Spam.”
This new setup not only looks better but also helps you find what you’re looking for more quickly. According to tech news, Google is starting to show this update to more people around the world. However, if you have the latest Gmail app on your phone in India, you might not see these changes yet. It seems Google is bringing the update out bit by bit.
