Samsung’s One UI 7 Buzz: Trustworthy or just guesswork?

Samsung has stayed quiet, letting One UI 7 rumors swirl like crazy. The Beta Program kicked off in December 2024 and is still going strong. Signs point to it sticking around through March 2025, keeping fans guessing. A leaked plan popped up earlier, hinting that the final One UI 7 version might hit the Galaxy S24 series by mid-April. It also suggested a slow rollout to older devices, stretching into the year’s second quarter.
Samsung’s community helpers are busy tackling user questions and comments. But the Beta team isn’t spilling any beans on a release date. Recently, a Samsung helper brushed off rumors, saying they’re “as trustworthy as a weather report.”
The One UI 7 Beta feels like Samsung’s longest test run ever. It shakes up the look, packs in cool new features, and boosts the Galaxy AI on supported devices. Three months in, the Beta Program is still rolling. March is here, and the word is that Samsung might drop a fifth Beta update for the Galaxy S24 series. There’s chatter that the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 could join the Beta party soon.
Beta versions showing up on Samsung’s software servers seem like a good clue that more testing is coming. But it’s anyone’s guess if Samsung will open it up everywhere or keep it limited to a few places. Samsung’s rollout game plan is a tricky riddle only they can crack. Even new phones are launching with different software—take the M06, which comes with One UI 7, while its older sibling sticks with One UI 6.1. Fans are left wondering what’s next!
