Samsung Galaxy phones get February 2025 Play System update

Google has started sending out the February 2025 Play System update to Samsung Galaxy phones. This update keeps your phone safer and more dependable while adding fresh, handy features. The February 2025 update improves Google Play Services, Android WebView, Google Play Store, and Android System Intelligence to make your phone work better. It’s now ready for Galaxy users to download.
Android WebView version 134 boosts security and privacy, fixes bugs, and gives developers new ways to show web pages in apps. Some of these features are still being tested, so not everyone will see them yet. For Samsung’s One UI 7, the Device Security update ties in nicely. Meanwhile, Google Play Services version 25.07 adds School Time for managed phones, notifications about available phone updates, and better digital ID support in Google Wallet.
The Play Store version 45.1 also helps you find great apps more easily with smoother links and a nicer design for buying things. Android System Intelligence version 21 smooths out problems with Live Captions, and Play Services version 25.06 upgrades the factory reset process while adding tools for utility apps and digital payments.
To get this update, go to Settings, tap Security and Privacy, then choose Updates, and select Google Play System Update. It’s rolling out slowly, so it might take some time to reach your phone.
This update keeps your Samsung Galaxy running smoothly with stronger security and cool new perks. Just check your settings to see if it’s ready for you!
