Samsung teams up with Minecraft for 8K TV ad and prepares fix for One UI 7 clock issue in Good Lock

Samsung has teamed up with Warner Bros. to promote its 8K TVs and Galaxy AI features through a new Minecraft-themed movie. The animated film, “Minecraft: The Movie,” is created using the popular game’s blocky visuals. It tells the story of a teenager who must save the Minecraft world after a mysterious force starts destroying it.
The campaign, called “Made in Minecraft,” was made using only Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The project highlights how powerful Samsung’s devices are when it comes to creativity and high-quality visuals. The movie also supports 8K resolution, showing off what Samsung’s premium TVs can do.
At the same time, Samsung is also working on a fix for a known issue in the Good Lock app’s ClockFace module. Some users found that the clock styles they selected in Good Lock were not showing correctly on the lock screen when using the One UI 7 beta.
Samsung has now confirmed that this problem will be solved in a future update. While the company didn’t give an exact date, it’s clear that the fix is coming soon. Both updates show Samsung’s focus on combining creativity and user experience, pushing the limits of tech while also fixing problems to make sure users stay happy.
