Walk more, Save More: Samsung gives Galaxy Watch Ultra discount and adds new watch feature

Posted on

Samsung is giving fitness lovers in India a cool reward—walk 200,000 steps in 30 days and get ₹5,000 off the upcoming Galaxy Watch Ultra. This offer is part of Samsung’s “Fab Grab Fest,” which runs from April 16 to May 30, 2025. The Galaxy Watch Ultra hasn’t launched yet, but it’s expected to come with advanced health tracking and new features.

To get the discount, users need to track their steps using the Samsung Health app. Once they hit the 200,000-step goal, they’ll get a voucher that can be used when buying the Galaxy Watch Ultra. This promotion aims to push people to stay active while also boosting interest in Samsung’s new smartwatch.

In addition to the offer, Samsung is also making smartwatches work better with Galaxy phones. A new feature now lets you control how notifications from your Galaxy Watch show up on your phone. You can choose whether to mirror the watch’s notifications to your phone, helping you avoid repeated alerts.

This update is rolling out through the latest version of the Galaxy Wearable app. It gives users more control over how they manage messages, calls, and alerts, creating a smoother and less distracting experience.

With health-focused deals and smarter features, Samsung is making its smartwatch lineup more useful and more rewarding for daily users.
