Galaxy Tab S9 gets stable One UI 7 update and Google partners with Samsung on AI

Posted on

Samsung has started rolling out the stable Android 15 (One UI 7) update for the Galaxy Tab S9 series in South Korea. This early release is surprising since Android 15 is still in beta testing for most devices. It shows that Samsung is speeding up its software updates for tablets.

The update is now available for the Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, and S9 Ultra. It’s expected to reach other countries in the coming weeks. While the final Android 15 features aren’t fully confirmed, users can expect better performance, new design improvements, and possibly some Galaxy AI features.

At the same time, Samsung is strengthening its partnership with Google in the field of artificial intelligence. A new report reveals that Google is paying Samsung a large amount of money to include its Gemini AI on Galaxy phones and tablets. Gemini will be available through the Google app and other services, with a goal to make it more popular among Android users.

Samsung already uses its own Galaxy AI in phones like the Galaxy S24, but now it will offer both Google Gemini and Galaxy AI on future devices, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6.

This move shows how important AI is becoming in mobile technology and how Samsung and Google are working together to lead in this area.
